Erie County Independent Living Program (ECILP)
ECILP provides services to youth ages 14-23 from Erie County.
The program assists youth transitioning from placement to independent living with the skills and resources necessary to make them productive members of society. ECILP helps youth accomplish goals with employment, enrollment in educational or vocational training, and maintaining a stable place of residence after discharge.

The Snack Shack, LLC is a collaborative youth-driven business venture of the Erie County Independent Living Program (ILP) at Bethesda Lutheran Services and Family Services of NW PA. The food truck will provide youth and young adults in the Independent Living Program with practical, hands-on job readiness skills and training!
