Job Summary:
Provide behavioral health services to children ages 5 - 11 and their families in the Petersen Foster Home. Coordinate the overall clinical direction of treatment. Provide individual and family therapy as well as informal support.
Essential Functions of the Position:
1. Provide individual and family therapy to foster children and their biological parents.
2. Develop individual service plans for the children and work with the team to carry out the service plan.
3. Provide supervision to the Behavioral Health Workers
4. Facilitate child and family team meetings.
5. Complete intake and assessments of caseload.
6. Attend evaluations and IEP’s as needed along with providing support for educational goals.
7. Maintain contact with other agencies involved with family.
8. Write progress notes on client contact and write contact notes on phone calls & consultations.
9. Provide on-call emergency crisis intervention on a rotating basis.
10. Facilitate weekly therapeutic groups
11. Provide support to the foster families through trainings.
12. Provide trauma informed education and practices.

Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Licensed mental health professional, including licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, or licensed social worker, or graduate master level mental health degree and at least one year of experience in a CASSP system.
Salary: $24 per Hour
